About the position
As a site manager within our earthworks and construction operations, you will be responsible for ensuring that you and your team meet set goals on time. You will work in production and assist the site manager on our earthworks and construction projects with leadership, planning, work preparation, and project follow-up, as well as being responsible for quality assurance and contact with subcontractors. Additionally, you will plan, lead, and distribute work among our skilled workers. 

The job also includes
- participating in production meetings
- communicating with clients and suppliers
- steering towards set profitability goals.

You will belong to our project management team in Uppsala, which is part of Peab Construction region East. We operate throughout Uppsala County, so you need to be prepared for our projects to be located in this area. Peab Construction in Uppsala is in an expansive phase, and we need to strengthen our organization with more engaged employees. 
The start date is according to agreement. The position is a permanent employment that begins with a probationary period. 

About you

We are looking for someone with a construction/engineering education or equivalent knowledge gained through extensive work experience.
You have at least 3 years of experience in a supervisory role in earthworks and construction operations. You speak and write Swedish fluently. A valid B driver's license is required for the position.
Additionally, it is advantageous if you have good technical knowledge.
